At Radium PCs, we are committed to transparent pricing and fair payment practices. This policy explains the payment methods we accept, how payments are processed, and when payment processing surcharges apply.

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods at checkout:

Pay using your PayPal balance or a linked payment method.

Hello Clever

Pay using Hello Clever to access cashback and rewards.

No payment processing surcharge applies when using Hello Clever.

Buy Now, Pay Later

Installment payments are available through Afterpay, subject to provider approval and availability.

Payment Processing Surcharges

Some payment methods incur a payment processing surcharge. These surcharges reflect the fees charged to us by payment providers for processing transactions securely.

Where applicable:

The surcharge is clearly displayed at checkout

The surcharge is calculated based on the selected payment method

The total payable amount, including any surcharge, is shown before you complete your purchase

Credit Card Surcharges

AUD (Australian Dollar) Transactions

Visa / Mastercard: 1.20% + $0.30 AUD per transaction

American Express: 2.60% + $0.30 AUD per transaction

Non-AUD (International) Transactions

3.20% + $0.30 AUD per transaction

PayPal Surcharge

2.9% per transaction (applies to both AUD and non-AUD transactions)

Afterpay Surcharge

4% per transaction

Hello Clever

No surcharge applies

Why Surcharges Apply

Payment providers charge processing fees for services such as transaction handling, fraud prevention, and buyer protection. Rather than increasing base product prices across all orders, Radium PCs applies payment processing surcharges only to the payment methods that incur these costs.

This ensures pricing remains transparent and allows customers to choose the payment method that best suits them.

Security of Payment Information

All transactions are encrypted and processed using industry-standard security measures.

Radium PCs does not store full credit or debit card details

Payment information is only shared with payment providers for the purpose of completing your transaction

Unsupported Payment Methods

We do not currently accept:

Cryptocurrency

Cheques or money orders

Refunds and Surcharges

Where a payment processing surcharge has been applied, that surcharge reflects a fee charged by the payment provider and may not be refundable in the event of a cancellation or refund.
